Dr Adam Carey is a highly experienced consultant physician specialising in Lifestyle Medicine, Longevity, Sports Medicine, and Reproductive Endocrinology. He graduated from the University of Oxford in 1988 and trained as a consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with subspecialist expertise in reproductive endocrinology before transitioning from the NHS to focus on Lifestyle Medicine and coached behavioural change.
Dr Carey has worked at the highest levels of elite sport. He was Head of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine for England Rugby under Sir Clive Woodward, contributed to England Cricket’s 2005 Ashes victory, supported the Welsh Rugby Union in their 2008 Grand Slam success, and advised the British Olympic Association in preparation for the 2012 Games.
He is a Director at Corperformance, which delivers performance programmes for major organisations including BP, RBS, and EY. He also serves as Chief Health Officer at Ineos.
