Here at SCVC, we are constantly working on improving our services for patients, and colleagues, to ensure their experience is as efficient and informative as possible. Therefore, we greatly appreciate feedback, whether positive or constructive, to help us improve services where we can.

We collect and audit all the feedback we receive, whether through Trustpilot, Google Reviews or from our anonymous in-house feedback form. This feedback is shared with our teams, and reviewed in quarterly medical advisory committee meetings with our Medical Director.

  Good doctors, good staff, friendly, responsive to phone calls. Overall, very good and I would recommend. Only issues. They don't always respond to emails promptly. And the billing. The doctors consulting fees are separate from SCVC and they don't mark PAID or balance 0.00 on the invoices and the consulting invoices don't always have an explanation. In short, it makes reimbursement from insurance more challenging.

  After private blood tests it was suggested that I contact the Surrey Cardiovascular Clinic regarding the results. After an introduction from the Meyer Clinic the whole process of  consultations, appointments, scans, health monitoring and appropriate medication was seamless. The Consultant,  Nurses & Administration is of a world class standard. I thoroughly recommend the Clinic if you have any Cardiovascular health concerns.

  Excellent service! Great facility with excellent doctors and nurses. I wanted to have a heart check having felt unwell, but did not want an angiogram. So I went to the SCVC and had a coronary CT scan. It was quick - took just over 30 mins - and a small injection in the arm for the contrast. Staff were all lovely and very professional. I highly recommend SCVC for any heart concerns.
