🚀 What You Will Do
As our new Healthcare Account Manager, you will be the vital link between our organisation and our clients — private GP groups, hospitals, clinics, and health tech innovators.
You will nurture relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure our cutting-edge solutions are aligned with both clinical and operational goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Managing and motivating a team of up to 10 staff members
- Collaborating across digital health, medical device, and clinical service divisions
- Analysing market trends to inform business strategy and growth
- Championing patient-first, technology-enabled healthcare solutions
- Representing our brand as a trusted partner across the NHS and private sector
💡 About You
We are looking for someone who combines strategic insight with empathy and drive — someone as comfortable with data and digital tools as with people and purpose.
You will bring:
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or digital health account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of NHS and private healthcare structures
- The ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire a team
