In collaboration with The Guildford Private General Practice , SCVC offers sophisticated technologies on top of health screening packages. With heart and metabolic diseases topping the charts in people as they age, it makes sense for a specialist cardiovascular and metabolic centre of expertise to host a modern health screen. We provide access to the latest advanced medical technology, including add-on tests such as visceral adipose tissue (VAT) assessment by DEXA or low dose CT, Prostate MRI, early detection of coronary artery disease using Cardiac CT with AI and metabolic poor health.

Every Proactive Healthscreen offers a 60 minute ‘in depth’ consultation and examination by an experienced GP with opportunity for any concerns to be discussed, along with a clear action plan.

Proactive Health Standard - £600

This foundational healthscreen includes:

• Essential health checks and diagnostics
• Blood pressure
• Anthropometry: weight, height and waist measurements, with height-to-waist ratio.
• 12-lead ECG (electrocardiogram) to detect heart rhythm abnormalities and other important heart findings
• Comprehensive blood analysis- includes a full panel of metabolic, lipid, liver and kidney function tests*.
• Stool FIT test and urinalysis
• 60-minute private GP consultation**

*The bloods included in the blood panel are: Full blood count, kidney function, lipids, high sensitivity CRP, liver function, bone profile, glucose and HbA1C, Ferritin, ESR

**Includes comprehensive review of results, risk assessment, lifestyle/medical management advice with recommendation on whether add-on tests should be considered.

Specialist referrals or imaging will be arranged when necessary.

NB Where a patient has decided to have an add-on test, we would recommend having the test(s) before the GP appointment so that the results can be discussed as part of the consultation.

Proactive Health Ultra - £3100

With our top package, your healthscreen includes:

• Essential health checks and diagnostics
• Blood pressure
• Anthropometry: weight, height and waist measurements, with height-to-waist ratio.
• 12-lead ECG (electrocardiogram) to detect heart rhythm abnormalities and other important heart findings
• CT coronary angiogram with FAI analysis
• Metabolic Health Assessment, including 14 day continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), daily logging and a full panel of blood tests, including metabolic, lipid, liver and kidney function.*
• Stool FIT test and urinalysis
• 60-minute private GP consultation**
• 15-minute follow up telephone consultation
